In the 2 decades that Red Lion Metals has been recycling, we have been asked a lot of common questions about metals, the recycling process and even about our history. Here are a few of the most common questions, feel free to contact us if you have others!

At Red Lion Metals, we can pay out by cash or check, whichever you prefer.

We accept all ferrous and nonferrous metals ranging from appliances, plumbing fixtures, electrical wire and many other household or business scrap metal materials. We can not accept items with free flowing liquid such as gasoline, oil, paint, antifreeze, pressurized containers, or hazardous materials. If you are unsure whether your materials fall within this listing, please give us a call and we would be happy to clarify.

Prices change with market fluctuations. Prices are updated daily. Please call for current pricing.

While a full list of metals would be quite extensive and may sometimes change, here is a list of our more popular recyclables. If you have questions on a particular metal that you have, please call in advance to double check.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM thru 4:30 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM thru 1:30 PM
Sunday: Closed

For large amounts of scrap metal we provide dumpsters. Please call for more information and to schedule. For smaller quantities the customers bring their scrap to us.

We have a 70 foot truck scale and an inside platform scale. Our scales are calibrated and certified regularly.
